RAJAN JETLEY

Mr. Rajan Jetley is the Chairman of Jacob Ballas. In 1987, he became the youngest-ever CEO of Air India, the Indian national carrier, at age 37. Amongst many other positions held, he has also been Managing Director of India Tourism Development Corporation, Chairman of the Centaur Group of Hotels, Board Member of United Breweries Ltd., Consultant to Air Lanka Airlines etc. He is the promoter of Bistro Hospitality, a joint venture with Carlson Hospitality, which is the master franchisee of TGI Friday’s restaurants in India. He was awarded, on June 27, 1985, the 'Asiad Jyoti' award by the President of India in recognition of his services to the successful running of the 1982 Asian Games in India. Mr. Jetley holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Aloysius University of Jabalpur and an MBA from Delhi University.
 

SRINIVAS CHIDAMBARAM

Mr. Srinivas Chidambaram is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Jacob Ballas. He joined Jacob Ballas in 2005 and has 26 years of financial services and industry experience, including 18 years in private equity. He previously served with HSBC Private Equity (Asia) and its affiliates in Hong Kong and India, responsible for private equity investments in India and South East Asia. Mr. Chidambaram has also served in the IT industry with HCL Technologies, a leading Indian IT services company, responsible for financial institution relationships and strategic alliances in the USA. He commenced his career with SRF Finance Ltd. (since acquired by GE Capital) where he was responsible for Corporate Finance and Investment Banking, based in Mumbai. Mr. Chidambaram is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
 

ARTHUR H. SETER, CFA

Mr. Arthur H. Seter, is a Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Chief Derivatives Officer of New York Life Insurance Company. Mr. Seter also serves as the Secretary of the Investment Committee of the Board of New York Life and is a Trustee of New York Life’s retirement and benefit plans. Mr. Seter is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Office of the Chief Investment Officer, which is responsible for the oversight of New York Life’s General Account investment portfolio, the use of derivatives and the management of the Surplus of the Company. Mr. Seter joined New York Life in 1989 and prior to his current position he served in positions of increasing responsibility in the Real Estate and Investments Groups. Mr. Seter has over 35 years of investment experience, having previously worked at E.F. Hutton and L.F. Rothschild, first as a financial analyst and later as an investment banker specializing in mortgage finance. Mr. Seter graduated from Sussex University in England with a B.S. in Operations Research and earned an M.B.A. from Adelphi University. Mr. Seter holds the CFA designation from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst, USA.
 

DAVID BAN SONG LONG

Mr. David Ban is the Managing Director of Excelfin Pte Ltd, a privately-owned investment company. He is on the Board of NatSteel Ltd where he also sits on the audit committee and is the Chairman of the executive committee. He was formerly the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Vickers Ballas Holdings Ltd, Singapore. His previous appointments include Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank New York, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Kuo Group of Companies in New York and Hong Kong, and Executive Director of Hotel Properties Ltd.
